With a growing need for information and sources of native
plants, Bill’s presentation will leave you wanting more…
native plants that is!!!!

There is an enhanced awareness today of the importance of
native plants not only for natural areas, but for use in virtually
every landscape situation.  Public awareness is at an all-time
high for importance of pollinators and interaction of wildlife.
Environmentally it makes sense to incorporate natives in
design and makes for economic sense as well.
Preserving biodiversity and being sustainable in our
landscapes provide many benefits:  Typically longer plant life
with lower maintenance requirements, storm water filtration,
food for wildlife.

       Second Session
      Bill Hendricks continues to delight us
      “Color Your Garden with Foliage”
Bring diversity of colored foliage to perennial and woody
gardens. While blooming plants are desired, foliage plants can
add extra wow to the garden by providing interest far past the

     Kathleen Gips
            (you may know her from The Village Herb Shop, Chagrin Falls)
     “Herbs for Flavor, Fragrance & Fitness”
      Stay well from the Smell!
Kathleen has decades of knowledge on growing and using
herbs for health and wellness. She will cover growing and
using herbs in culinary, aromatherapy, home cleaning, teas,
skin care & moth chasers. Our sense of smell is important in
healing and overall health.  Kathleen will be sharing methods
of blending herbs you can use every day to make your mind,
body and home well.
